Personalized Rocket Canvas

I have a new found love of boy themes thanks to our precious baby boy who is close to 8 months old! I love dinosaurs, rockets and robots! This is a recent canvas for a friend who has ordered from me now for  almost FOUR years! I am so thankful for those who keep coming back again and again, so very thankful! She told me one of Ben’s nursery walls  is painted  from a page in  The Imagination Song  book from Sesame Street. I took the colors and inspiration from the same page with the moon and feeling of space then added rockets for baby Ben!

Here are a few custom orders I was busy creating before my large holiday orders! The Ethan letters were inspired by the Jr. Varsity bedding from PBK. Ethan’s mom saw letters I painted for the PBK Dr. Seuss bedding (can’t post pictures sorry, but trust me they were really cool!!!) and contacted me within minutes!!! It is such a compliment for my business to be constant referrals. I love it!

Custom Large Birth Announcement Plaques for Children

 

These large birth announcement plaques are very popular.  They are also wonderful to use in a baby’s photo shoot for a special keepsake!

The bedroom photos were sent to me with a few ideas and wall color names. I sent back sketches with different choices and here are the final pieces. Ava has soft green walls from Sherwin Williams that  I matched the text to from a sample at our local store.  Ava’s brother, Cameron, will have brown walls instead of the green in the photo.

Custom Monkey Canvas for Jackson

 

A break from the traditional jungle scene! This modern monkey is ready to watch over sweet baby Jackson as he is welcomed home after a long stay in the hospital! I so love blue and brown. This is a 12” canvas hand-painted in acrylic and finished with a gloss varnish.

Canvas Names to Keep Organized!

 

These custom names on canvas are light weight and cut to size. They will attach to a cubby and easily identify each child’s space. How fun! Great idea Ellen.  I started with raw canvas and after many layers of gesso, acrylic paint and varnish it becomes almost stiff! Anything is possible! Custom work is what I do!

Custom 12”x 12” Canvas for Boys and Girls

Lily Kate’s canvases were inspired by the Annika canvas. Instead of the green used for Annika, I was asked to use chocolate brown.  Absolutely simple and sweet!

Evan’s canvas matches the bedding in his nursery, but can easily grow into a big boy room when it is time.

Ivy’s big sister Grace was given a canvas just like this one when she was born two years ago!  Ivy’s mom asked for this one to be made so that it can hang next to Grace’s!  How cool is that!

Custom Hat Rack for Boys…so cool!

 

I love when someone asks for something totally new. This is an 8”x  36” long hat rack….ALL BOY! Everything is hand-painted in acrylic and finished with a matte varnish. The hooks are super sturdy and will fit loads of hats for sweet little Caleb! Thanks for trusting me with something all new Jen! Hope it is a hit.

This is a fantastic size canvas for personalization, 12” x 24”. Sydney’s  canvas will hang on a yellow wall so the white will really stand out. It is all hand-painted in acrylic and finished with a gloss varnish. The double grosgrain ribbon and matching knob add the perfect  finishing touch.

It seems like I do so many custom designs for girls. I love the opportunity to create something for little boys! Will was born on October 10th so his mom went with this cool speedster racer with the number 10 as a theme in his room. Isn’t the round canvas awesome! It is 20 inches in diameter. Sooooo many possibilities for that one! Will’s Pit Stop is a 16x20 canvas, both hang from double ribbon with a painted knob to finish it off.

Custom Canvas Simple and Sweet In Pink and Green

  Pink and green is a natural favorite for me. When I saw the crib bedding for baby Annika, I fell in love. It is from The Land of Nod and struck me as clean and modern. So  in keeping with that feel I created this custom canvas that  is simple and sweet. It will travel with Annika to any room at any age with ease.

Elizabeth found me on Etsy and had me create a canvas for her daughter Maya. She immediately asked me to create this one for her sister when she received Maya’s canvas. It is the greatest compliment  to have so many customers come back again and again. I thank you all for that.

Personalized Canvas for Baby Girl Jacey

Baby Jacey is due in May and her nursery is all set to go once she has this matching canvas personalized just for her! Personalized Canvas for Maya

This is a recent canvas for baby Maya ordered on Etsy. Her mom wanted something nature like and to have it grow with her. The colors in the room are  “deeper - yellow/gold, purple, fuchsia and pale pink” and the walls are the deep yellow gold. I haven’t created anything with this color combination  and my favorite part is the pink “vine” crawling up either side…and the little  bird. It was a fun challenge. I hope little baby Maya finds it special. Thanks Elizabeth!

Olivia's Custom Canvas

Olivia is an adorable, want to eat her up, little pumpkin. Her mom wanted a custom canvas for this enormous wall in Olivia's room. After several ideas and sketches, this is the final result. The soft monochromatic pink rose is the perfect background for the beautiful letter O.

The 24"x 24" gallery wrapped canvas hangs from a thick cream grosgrain ribbon and matching knob. I love the idea of a single initial on top of an image. I think it came out great and Olivia's mom was happy.....which is the most important thing!
